Homemade kamut tagliolini pasta

- Note: A great traditional dish revisited, to taste with salmon and fresh cherry tomatoes: it’s very delicious!

Ingredients

  • 250 g wheat
  • 250 g kamut wheat
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt q.s.

PREPARATION

  • Grind the wheat and the kamut with Faribon600 or Faribon;

  • Put the flours in a heap, then add the eggs and salt, by kneading until a homogeneous dough is obtained;

  • Roll out the dough and cut the tagliolini;

  • Cook the pasta in boiling water for a few minutes;

  • Season to taste.
