FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1) When will I receive my Faribon?
The timing of shipping varies depending on whether the order is made in Italy or in another European state. In Italy usually the package is delivered in 2 days, 3 for the islands. In the rest of Europe, the timing depends from state to state, varying from 3 to 9 days.
At the time of purchase in the confirmation email, a tracking code will be indicated. This will allow the user to monitor the status of the shipment.
2) What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs for the purchase of Faribon 600 and Faribon 600P are included in the price; for all other orders the shipping costs are included for amounts over 150€. For lower orders, shipping costs amount to 15€ for Italy and 35€ for the EU. For the rest of the world, it is necessary to fill out an order request form and shipping costs will be calculated with the sale quotation for Faribon.
3) Is Faribon covered by warranty?
Faribon is covered by warranty as current legislation. More details can be found in point 11 of the conditions of sale.
4) What are the dimensions and weight of the Faribon?
- Weight: 65kg
- Dimensions: 500 x300 x 827 mm
- Single-phase: 75kg
- Three-phase: 84kg
- Single-phase and three-phase dimensions 504 x 300 x 906 mm
5) Can I pay directly to the courier?
No, payment must be made in advance. Payment must be made on the e-shop and the accepted means of payment are:
- Advance Bank Transfer
- Credit Card
In the event that you choose the method of bank transfer, Omas will wait for payment for 4 days from the order. If the payment is not received within the above terms, the order will be considered cancelled.
6) Do I have the right of withdrawal?
As per current legislation, you can exercise the right of withdrawal if the following conditions are met:
The Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller of its decision to withdraw within 14 days of receipt of the product via the Withdrawal Form and then by sending it to the email address to email@example.com. The form must be duly completed, signed and sent within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.
The return of the products must take place by courier, or other method that can be decided by the consumer, at the headquarters of Omas srl, in Via Fornace II Strada n°1, CAP 35010, San Giorgio Delle Pertiche (PD). The packaging and the product must be intact from the aesthetic and functional point of view.
The direct costs for the return of the products will be charged exclusively to the Buyer.
To be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, the products must be returned intact (they must not have been used by the Buyer or have been damaged by the same) and in their original packaging.
7) If I receive a damaged package, how do I behave?
At the time of delivery, the buyer is required to check that the package is not damaged, altered or not perfectly intact: in which case he must receive the goods "with reservation” notifying in the delivery note the objections. Any recriminations on the transport cannot be contested to the shipper when the delivery is accepted without reservation;
If the package when delivered is visibly tampered with or damaged, the buyer may not accept the delivery and reject the package to the sender, giving immediate notice to Omas srl: in this way it will be possible to verify what happened with the Courier.
