Homemade whole wheat fettuccine pasta

- Note: The fettuccine pasta is a very versatile recipe; it is delicious with traditional ragù sauce seasoning, but you can also use any other seasoning of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 500 g wheat
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt q.s.

PREPARATION

  • Grind the wheat with Faribon600 or Faribon600P;

  • Put the flour in a heap, then gradually add all the other ingredients;

  • Knead until a homogeneous dough is obtained;

  • Roll out the dough to desired thickness and cut the fettuccine;

  • Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water for a few minutes;

  • Season to taste.
