Note
The fettuccine pasta is a very versatile recipe; it is delicious with traditional ragù sauce seasoning, but you can also use any other seasoning of your choice.
Ingredients
- 500 g wheat
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt q.s.
PREPARATION

Grind the wheat with Faribon600 or Faribon600P;

Put the flour in a heap, then gradually add all the other ingredients;

Knead until a homogeneous dough is obtained;

Roll out the dough to desired thickness and cut the fettuccine;

Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water for a few minutes;

Season to taste.
