Sweet “polentine”

- Note: Sour cherries in syrup can be replaced with chocolate or hazelnut cream.
Ingredients
- 200g corn
- 1 l of water
- 50g butter
- 100g sugar
- Cinnamon to taste
- Sour cherries in syrup
PREPARATION

Grind the corn with Faribon600 or Faribon600p until you get a flour as fine as preferred;

In high sides pot boil the water with cinnamon and add a little at a time butter, sugar and corn flour;

Simmer for half an hour;

Insert the obtained mixture in a pastry bag and fill the desired size moulds;

Place a sour cherry on the top of each of the “polentine” and let them cool in the refrigerator;

Pass the “polentine” in the granulated sugar and serve at room temperature.
