Polenta of “Marano” corn

- Note: Polenta could be prepared with any type of flour, the only important thing is to be careful on the amount of flour and water!
Ingredients
- 400g yellow corn flour “Marano” (to be produced with Faribon 600 or Faribon 600 P)
- 1,5 litres water
- 1 spoon of coarse salt
PREPARATION

Mill the yellow corn “Marano” using Faribon 600 or Faribon 600 P until to obtain the grain wanted;

Boil the salted water

Slowly pour the flour while mixing quickly with a wooden spoon, then mix every five minutes and simmer it for 45 minutes;
