Polenta of “Marano” corn

- Cost: Low

- Note: Polenta could be prepared with any type of flour, the only important thing is to be careful on the amount of flour and water!

Ingredients

  • 400g yellow corn flour “Marano” (to be produced with Faribon 600 or Faribon 600 P)
  • 1,5 litres water
  • 1 spoon of  coarse salt

PREPARATION

  • Mill the yellow corn “Marano” using Faribon 600 or Faribon 600 P until to obtain the grain wanted;

  • Boil the salted water

  • Slowly pour the flour while mixing quickly with a wooden spoon, then mix every five minutes and simmer it for 45 minutes;
