Ingredients
- 300 g almonds
- 300 g sugar
- 2 egg whites
PREPARATION

Toast the almonds and grind them with Faribon 600 or Faribon 600P;

Mix the almond flour obtained with sugar and egg whites in a planetary mixer;

Put the mixture into a pastry bag with a star nozzle;

Create small flames, deposing them on a greased baking pan;

Leave to stand for 4 hours at room temperature;

Bake at 220° for 4 minutes.
