Ingredients
- 150 wheat
- 50 g pistachios
- 5 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g starch
PREPARATION

Grind the wheat and the pistachios with Faribon 600 or Faribon 600P, to get a very fine flour;

With the aid of a whisk, beat the eggs with sugar, until you get a soft mixture, then add the flours;

Pour the mixture into a cake pan previously buttered;

Bake the cake in the oven at 150° for 30 minutes.
