Pistachio sponge cake

- Note: The pistachio sponge cake is a simple dessert to be served with tea or coffee, but it can be made even more delicious by filling it with dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 150 wheat
  • 50 g pistachios
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g starch

PREPARATION

  • Grind the wheat and the pistachios with Faribon 600 or Faribon 600P, to get a very fine flour;

  • With the aid of a whisk, beat the eggs with sugar, until you get a soft mixture, then add the flours;

  • Pour the mixture into a cake pan previously buttered;

  • Bake the cake in the oven at 150° for 30 minutes.
