Rice and mint muffin

Ingredients
- 250 g rice
- 100 g soft wheat
- 30 g dried mint
- 200 g sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 180 g butter
- 30 g baking powder
PREPARATION

Grind the rice, the soft wheat and the dried mint with Faribon 600 or Faribon 600P;

Mix all the ingredients in the planetary mixer;
