Rice and mint muffin

Ingredients

  • 250 g rice
  • 100 g soft wheat
  • 30 g dried mint
  • 200 g sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 g butter
  • 30 g baking powder

PREPARATION

  • Grind the rice, the soft wheat and the dried mint with Faribon 600 or Faribon 600P;

  • Mix all the ingredients in the planetary mixer;

  • Pour the mixture into silicone moulds previously buttered;

  • Bake at 160 ° for 18 minutes.
