Note
These shortbread biscuits have a strong taste. We suggest to serve them with hot chocolate or tea; the combination will be greatly appreciated by your guests.
Ingredients
- 250 g wheat
- 150 g spelt
- 150 g butter
- 2 eggs
PREPARATION

Grind the wheat and the spelt with Faribon600 or Faribon600P to get the flour;

Mix the obtained flour to all the other ingredients;

After resting the dough, roll it out and cut the biscuits by using a cookie cutter;
