Ingredients
- 280 g wheat
- 20 g coffee beans
- 100 g sugar
- 80 g butter
- 1 egg
- cocoa powder q.s.
- 60 ml cold milk
- 10 g baking powder
PREPARATION

Grind the wheat and the coffee with Faribon600 or Faribon600P;

To the obtained compound, add the other ingredients, combining them one at a time;

Let the mixture rest for at least one hour, then roll it out with a thickness of half centimeter;

Cut the biscuits with an oval cutter and etch on the surface by making a light cut with a knife to obtain the coffee bean’s shape;
