Coffee biscuits

- Note: These biscuits are delicious in the simplest variant, but they are even better with the addition of dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 280 g wheat
  • 20 g coffee beans
  • 100 g sugar
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • cocoa powder q.s.
  • 60 ml cold milk
  • 10 g baking powder

PREPARATION

  • Grind the wheat and the coffee with Faribon600 or Faribon600P;

  • To the obtained compound, add the other ingredients, combining them one at a time;

  • Let the mixture rest for at least one hour, then roll it out with a thickness of half centimeter;

  • Cut the biscuits with an oval cutter and etch on the surface by making a light cut with a knife to obtain the coffee bean’s shape;

  • Arrange the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven at 180 ° for 15 minutes.
